I've saved WantedLevel[playerid] like pAdmin etc. Delete it?

PS: Give me an example how could give wanted stars.
PS2: SetPlayerCriminal include WantedLevel[playerid] & WantedPoints[playerid]. Are you sure that what you say is correct?
