Dont be idiots -__- he's not our first developer. It would be illogical for it to be his script. Th script belongs to the Owner of the server. Remember: Assumptions make you look stupid! 
Maybe if you guys would stop acting like douche bags and actually put consideration into it (as if it were you...) you could say something smart. If someone stole your script, you'd be in the same place.
