I don't really see anything in the provided stack dump from either GTA:SA or SA-MP. That makes me think it's either mod or something outside the game.

You should try a clean install to a new folder. Downgrade GTA:SA and test single player. Reinstall SA-MP. Make sure the GTA:SA path is set to the new folder in the Tools > Settings menu of the SA-MP server browser.
