Best video game company to work for?

EA? Are you kidding me? Have you heard of EA Wife/EA Spouse? If not, ****** it and give it a read. Basically for EA you get hired to do a project and are expected to work outrageous hours, and when it's done you're basically fired. I don't know much about Ubisoft, but VALVe actually cares about their games and employees. At Valve you get to choose what project you want to work on, on a daily basis, among other perks.
