These are the first three ****** resulsts that came up, and notice that in every thread not only the OP is actually mad @ ASUS RMA departments...
Sometimes I think people just abuse when they say some brand actually is just so bad that even their support does not work right. This is NOT the case at all for computer parts ( As I said I had a horrible time with ASUS when RMA'ing my MB ) BUT some time ago I RMA'ed my Asus Nexus 7 because it got faulty speakers and as Haydn said it was simply fantastic I didn't even have to pay for any shipping they arranged a free pickup via DHL courier service and 3 days after that I got my Nexus 7 back fixed... Yep it was fantastic, didn't pay anything at all and got my problem solved within a matter of some days..
Later I searched a bit and it seems like ASUS RMA departments aren't really the same at all, everyone seems to hate ASUS RMA Department of Computer parts, but it seems for other products like laptops, eee pc's, tablets, etc they really have some good support and I'm also confirming that one...
