(Not sure is this right section so sorry if I made mistake.)
Hello so I have one question.When we are playing samp and we are in water without oxygen our health fall down on minimum for like 2-3 seconds but when we are in single player in water without oxygen our health fall down in like 10-15 seconds.Can anybody explain me that?
