I have this problem , ill describe everything about my problem .

a fu**ing server which the owner of that bot attacked our server and our server blowed now i wanted to blow his server but after i downloaded the attacker program and installed my samp goes to single player , and before it goes to single it gives error d3dx9_25.dll not found , i fixed it with downloading the dll file to the san andreas folder/i deleted everything named r**s*mp In SA Folder but now it not respond in samp loading page
