this idea been posted before, or at least sounds that i thought it was, after some posts i found out the author thought something else.

in samp client it isnt possible, u would need a standalone sound receiver, and a plugin or second server to send the sounds to all connected clients.

but without any third party programs, its impossible unless samp builders add this function into samp client
