Evo Vehicle Ownership IX.3 Essentials released and some problems were solved by me:
-Some of the script was Turkish, I translated there.
-Problem that vehicle tunings were not saving solved.
-In Manual_Park mode, now the vehicles' that don't have owner pos will saved by system.
