++ = Increases by 1.

EDIT: Why don't you use THIS instead of:

GetPlayerName(playerid, PlayerName, sizeof(PlayerName));
GetPlayerName(killerid, KillerName, sizeof(KillerName));
format(string, sizeof(string), "%s has been killed by %s!", PlayerName, KillerName);
SendClientMessageToAll(0xFFFFFFFF, string);
