I ain't sure what your main question is but if I understood it right it might be:

• Each server uses his own saving system that has nothing to do with the SA:MP Client. They are being saved in the .ini file that's being created with an file writer &/ saver like YSI, Dini, MySQL and so.

Edit: Wait a minute, I saw the other posts and.. what password are you speaking about;

Edit 2: Are you speaking about the RCON password; If yes, it's writed in the server.cfg file. I don't really know where does it get saved when you put it in the 'connect' section since I never tried it that way.
