Where on Earth did you learn to spell?
First of all, it's called "compiling" (to compile) not "complying" (to comply).

Anyways... you're doing it wrong. You first need to learn the basics of adding a plugin to a SA:MP server, then you probably need to learn how to use that plugin in the PAWN code. You simply add the "pluginname.dll" or "pluginname.so" file to the /plugins directory, then the "pluginname.inc" file to the /pawno/include folder.
