Regarding the VOIP, it would only make sense if we could control it in many aspects like the radius of where it would be heard, mute a voip client (to avoid those whiners) and stuff like that so we could give it a proper use.
The client itself should also have the basic option to mute someone in case theres no admin in the server to do that globally (like Counter Strike).
People will say "theres teamspeak, raidcall, ventrilo, etc", but it's not the same thing, not even close.
Having a VOIP would favor our so adorable Roleplay servers in which SAMP development has been focused on for a few versions now, making it more fluid to play instead of having to stop to text.
But once again, to properly incorporate this in a roleplay script, the VOIP should have functions to control the radius, the volume, blabalbalbal. Because it wouldn't be nice to hear someone through VOIP is is miles away in the other side of the map.
It will most probably never happen, but theres no price on dreaming nor on discussing.
