sscanf is a plugin it can be downloaded from here
Sscanf
put the sscanf.dll in your plugins folder (for windows)
and put the sscanf.so in your plugins folder if you have linux
and Also put the sscanf2.inc in your pawno/includes folder
and on the top of your script add
Sscanf
