In theory, no. .amx files are hard to convert back to a readable form (pawn), especially if they're large files.
There is a way to reverse open them, though it is sucessful less than 50% of the time and is near impossible to understand what it opens (as once reverse opened it will be how the server reads it and not how you scripted it).
The only thing they can be used for is running what's on them in a server.
