I dont know about that but from what I know about their team is that they are pretty solid and committed on this project.

So until they get fed up I'm gonna be supporting it.
This project started around 2010 with different modders and then it was resumed by this "more organized" team keeping its founder.
I believe what's taking them longer to do is the SCM stuff involving missions and cutscenes.
