They're very posibly using that IP as a proxy, meaning it will tell you nothing.
However a police report I would again recommended here, as a threat was made to you as a person.
Have some guards on against DDOS attacks for a while, if an IP starts to ping you block them from the server (not sa-mp, but the actual blacklist for the server found in the CP). Also try to alert your server host company of the threat, chances are they will be willing to help.
