If someone asks to be an admin; I'd suggest interviewing them instead of straight up banning and/or denying them on the spot. What if you say no and he's a good guy, trustworthy etc. If not, and you can straight up tell they aint gonna be good, dont choose em. But atleast give people a chance, you can never judge a book by its cover... I ran a RP server before which got 20+ players in a week and in a month 50+.
