Had you taken the time to search, you'd have found, seriously, more than 100 solutions (of which most are exactly the same, but a lot of people don't search and make new threads over and over again).
The problem that might be causing this error to happen, is 9/10 times a plugin which is not loaded(correctly). Make sure that every include which needs a plugin has the plugin loaded, and loaded correctly. If you can't find it, post your include names, and the complete server log of one session.
