well you are going to have to port forward unless if you have a person who can host your sever
to port forward first go into the command promote and type in ipconfig and copy your default gate way and keep note of your ip address then paste your default gateway into your web browser and you will be at your routers config page there are so many different routers so your page may look different then mine so try to find a tab that says fire wall or port forwarding or application support you should see something like add expectation and you will get some port info just add port 7777 to your expectations list and click save and you are done also check your compute file wall by going to the control panel and clicking system the going into fire wall and the click advanced on the side now click on inbound rules and add new rule then go to port then add port 7777 and finish and then run your server and it should be online
