Hey guys, could anyone help me with my problem.

Well I was going threw some old scripts I had on my computer which I wanted to try this one as I use to help work on it and I was thinking maybe I would upgrade it, but I'm getting this error: Unable to start server on 108.170.62.44:7777. Port in use?
