You are demanding characteristics for a stable roleplay server (with a good players amount), and you expect to just receive a random call from God offering you to become the boss of something. You have to join their server and demostrate who you are; if you want to get a call offering you a position from nowhere, it will be in a server using Godfather's script with a 12 year old leader, because you're the best thing they can have, yet you're nothing special.
