[Roadworker]

Hello, I recently built my new computer, and after trying to play SA-MP on here I encountered a rather large issue that has a heavy impact on my server preference (deathmatching). The issue is that I don't see other players health bars, this is quite an inconvenience when you're killing players. I've searched around but found nothing that really helps me, so I came to you guys. SA-MP Version: SA-MP 0.3x R1-2.
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
Graphics card: Intel HD 4000 with the latest drivers available (9.18.10.3165).
Specific to a server?: Game-wide problem.
Any game modifications?: No, a default installation.
