Mouse damage?

I guess you are using a multicore processor and sometimes it happens that the mouse freezes in SAMP then.

Try using this solution then:

1. Enter your documents folder, then GTA San Andreas User Files -> SAMP folder.
2. In SAMP folder, you would see a file; sa-mp.cfg, open this file as a notepad.
3. There should a few options in it, what you got to do is, change 1 to 0 on multicore line.
4. So, multicore equals 0, "multicore=0".
5. Save it and enjoy playing on SA-MP!
