Go to dropbox.com, and then sign up if you don't have an account, then upload your .mp3 song file, when it is done

go to https://www.dropbox.com/home and then right click on your uploaded file, click share link, then in the new tab that opened you will see something about sharing, copy the url at the top of the browser, then change the dropbox.com to dl.dropbox.com, then copy the url with the dropbox.com changed to dl.dropbox.com, put that url in PlayAudioStreamForPlayer, if you need any help doing it PM me.
