Sirve para bloquear una funcion e comando y utilizarla en un cierto tiempo establecido.

native GetTimerCMD(playerid,&slot);  //Para Chequear si un contador esta activo.
native GetSegTimetCMD(playerid,&slot); //Para Chequear Los Segundos que debe esperar para utilizar La Funcion correspondiente. [NOTA]: Utilizar con format.
