Well, Start out like Michael Bay and make a good story line (Kinda like bad boys 2 :P) Then blow everything the fuck up. I will be willing to help you if you need it 
Use some nice Enb,Better looking explosions, ect. And we will have 200+ people joining SA:MP in a flash, Seems like you have a good/fun idea.
