I changed which programs that should start up

in System Configuration.

When I turned of some programs
my computer starting to behave a bit odd mouse were a bit shaky, and it also said

Windows color mode or what it said I don't remember fully..
Got activated when I didn't do any specific..


I just turned off the programs:

Dropbox

Social club (For GTA IV)

Windows live Messenger.
