You are spawning to far away from san andreas boundaries.
It can be caused if there is no classes (usually you spawn at 0,0,0 coordinates but it can be caused from not having classes) and second (i bet these is the reason) is that you SetPlayerPos to far away from map (i guess to HIGH in a sky)
