I would advise thoroughly browsing through the SA-MP forums. Such kind of threads has been made many times and I'm pretty certain that they will be made on continuous basis. People undoubtedly are suggesting the same suggestions( at least on what I've seen, if not the same, then pretty much similar ones. ) give a try for browsing.
