This means you have not created the folder/file in script files. If it cannot create the file, it normally means you are missing a folder, because you cannot normally create new directories with pawn scripts.

So basically, to fix this error, you need to go into 'scriptfiles'. Then create a new folder/directory called 'Players' and a new directory called 'Users' inside 'scriptfiles' as well. Once those two are created, you need to go into your 'Players' directory and create a new folder/directory called 'Position-Saver'. I would recommend you also create any other directories you use in your script, so you don't get any future errors.
