hmm i don't think so..!
1. it will be unfair for some people.
2. it's about Administrators/Moderators to make one.
3. If you mean subcategory in Langaugaes well may be possible!
Also it's not so difficult to make a website! (you get an account with registered domain (www.sa-mp.bg) then you put a forum software (IPBoard,XenForo or VBulletin) and u have a Bulgarian SAMP Community!
