Your photos are broke, it might be me but I'm sure it isn't...
Are they solid to walk against? Does it cause a collision or can you walk directly through them?
If that is the case, some objects within San Andreas where not designed to be in contact with the player, such as a few of the items within the mod shops around San Andreas, so the objects were by default solid.
