It's really great you are a beginner but writing the code for you wouldn't work at all. Because then you will ask for something else,what you said needs teams defined,lots of variables,you must know how to use Z_CMD and much more. So writing these won't help you,because you won't learn something. You must try it yourself,as Fatshiz said,use SA-MP wiki.
