Just ask for an own bank account. Youll need it anyways later, and theres no reason why you shouldnt get one. They usually are free as long as youre a minor or not working yet.
Paypal alone wont help you, as you cant charge and verify it without a bank account or credit card.
Phone payment sucks. Usually phone payment service charge 50% fees or more, so either you have to pay these fees and it will be extremely overpriced, or the hoster simply isnt serious as no serious hoster will pay such high fees himself.
