Ok so there is the minus rep feature, don't really have much to say about it but people can now vote someone down if they want, things don't just go up and nothing else. I think you shouldn't be able to -rep people past 0 because it just sucks, especially when you get the few occassional a-holes who gangbang some poor noob into -15 rep just for asking something. That hasn't happened to me (hope it doesn't for posting this ) but I think many of you will agree being able to make someone's rep go below 0 should not be possible.
