run -> dxdiag -> Check to make sure you have DirectX 9+ & 64mb video card
run -> dxdiag -> Check to make sure you also have 1GHz Intel Pentium III or AMD Athlon Processors.
run -> dxdiag -> Check to make sure you also have 256mb of ram
If all this is correct, then delete your "GTA User files" from your documents.
Also, check to see your GTASA.exe compatibility, and try to change it to Windows XP SP3. That's what I run mine as.
If still not working, let me know.
