Total commerical system added !

Added /reply, /offer, /buystall, /changename, /changeprice and some commands with more 3D textlabels showing the owner, price and so on.

You can buy the stall if it's on sale.
If it isn't, you can offer the owner some cash.
You reply to offers with /reply (YES/NO)
If you own it, you can /changename/price. Also added a 3D textlabel showing the owner and necessary info.
