this problem is been common for me,

do you have multiple instances of pawno (compiler and stuff ) on your computer?

if so, put it there aswell;

it used for me to happen i open the wrong instance of it, ( the same program in another folder, but without include)

so, firstly, check if you have multiple instances of pawno on your computer and put the include there instead
