sscanf not working

So i have an script with an NGG gamemode,i updated it to 0.3x but when players log in only id that i could do the comands like /goto.../kick ,are not working,i tried to upgrade sscanf to 2.8.1 like 9-10 times but nothing now it freaks me out ,please help!
