Thanks for the list. I'm currently blocking almost 200 ip ranges I have found as vpn's or been caught trying to brute force ssh.
You had a few ranges I am missing so I have added them to my list.
This calculator is quite useful if you don't know CIDR off by heart http://www.subnet-calculator.com/cidr.php
With that I could condense all your 79.141 ranges into 79.141.160.0/20
I have been using the maxmind geoip asn database to find out the exact ranges owned by the isp after finding an ip of a vpn provider.
Most of the 75. ranges down as anchorfree seems to belong to home internet providers to me so be wary about blocking them.
