No-one can tell you how much ram your server should be using (especially with players connected) except you.
There is a simple way you can test it yourself to get a rough idea (not exact) how much your server is using (with no players).
Start a server with just a blank mode and no plugins loaded, open task manager (if on linux find the equivalent 'system monitor' or something like that). Make a note of how much memory the server is using.
Now you have a rough idea of how much memory a blank script uses with no plugins.
Start your server with all of your plugins/scripts loaded, open task manager and make a note of how much memory your server is using.
Compare the two amounts of memory - job done.
I think that's the easiest way to get a rough idea, getting an exact amount requires much more work.
