You have a very poor attitude and should really try being more polite as you are the one seeking help. Secondly, you say it is defiantly a script issue (that was what your whole introduction was about) and then say you're not going to show any code. How is that beneficial?

Check the following:

There are no SendRconCommand functions with "gamemodetext" that overwrite it
There are no SetGameModeText (I believe that is the function) that overwrite it
