Logging into RCON will not crash the client. This restart might probably due to some bugs which is there at the gamemode which happens when you type a command. You must fix as its not on your host's end.
Better you re-check your gamemode and see what you have put under public OnPlayerText(playerid, text[])
which keeps your server crashing each time you use chatbox
