Trouble downloading/installing

Hey I was wondering if anyone can help me get set up with GTA/SA/SAMP. I have GTA SAN Andreas and samp but for some reason I cannot get it to work... I used to have it all but sadly my old laptop died.... I have Teamviewer if that would make it easier or other programs if needed... Please help!
