Delete the " gta_sa.set " file in the User Tracks, it doesn't fuck up anything, it just changes the game settings ( Resolution, controls etc ) to the default settings. You could change them back as you like.

And downgrade your .exe if it's v2 or v1.0.1 ( something )

I had the same problem once, just had to replace my exe with my backed up exe, shit worked.
