Do you have MySQL Plugins and includes in your plugins folder and includes folder
if you dont have it, download MYSQL plugins and includes from https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=56564 and put it in your plugins folder and includes folder and also define the includes in the top of your game mode like #include <mysql> and try recompile the script , it will work
