If you have Car MODS I would go into single player and spawn each one at a time to see possibly which one you need to replace instead of re-installing samp and gta all in one, if spawning the cars doesn't work then i would refer to the post above saying to "Re-install SAMP" or Re-install San Andreas all in one.
