I don't think any of these is the real cause. It happens to players without any mods/cheats/cleos and with pretty much any weapon.
We're a busy server with over 20 streamed players any time at every spawn point shooting each other and this crash does happen a lot.
It also happens when there's few players in their own virtual world fighting each other where there's no objects at all.
