Dude, i had the same problem with my login screen.
read here https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/TextDrawTextSize - TextDrawTextSize

IF you are using a ingame text editor.. it easy get TextDrawTextSize x ,y axis..

turn on TextDrawUseBox first, text select place it.. and get the x ,y axis.. to TextDrawTextSize
